How to activate the Health Pass Gift?

To consult:

1. Open mWell app and Click Profile.

2. Click Health Pass and enter Health Pass Code.

3. Once the Health Pass Code has been entered, the digital health pass will appear on the app and the user can then proceed.

4. Click Use Now to start booking the consultation. One may also choose to book for someone else-- a child, parent, or a friend. Look for doctors with mWell Badge.

To claim the life and personal accident coverage:

1. Email the following to support@mwell.com.ph

Subject: Health Plan Activation

Body: Enter the following beneficiary’s information:

- First Name, Middle Name and Last Name

- Birthday (MM/DD/YYYY)

- Gender

- Marital Status

- Email Address

- Mobile Number

2. Once sent, wait for 48 hours for its activation. An email from our insurance partner, Generali Philippines, will be sent with the details of the insurance. Upon activation of the Generali Accident Insurance, the beneficiary will be covered for thirty (30) days.
