mWell HealthSavers Plan 399  

The Healthsavers Plan Php 399 now comes with a free personal accident insurance from MPioneer worth over Php 60,000. 

Valid for: 

1) 1 CONSULT NOW session with free e-prescription , e-medical certificate, and e-lab request. To avail of the consult, just look for Doctors with the Mwell badge on their profile picture. 

2) 1 Personal accident insurance coverage from Mpioneer includes: 

a) Accidental Death and Disablement –Php 20,000  

b) Unprovoked Murder and Assault – Php 20,000,  

c) Motorcycling Accident-Php 20,000  

d) Burial Benefit – Php 2,000  

e) Accidental Medical Reimbursement- Php 2,000.   

This insurance coverage becomes effective within twenty (24) hours of healthsavers plan purchase and is valid for one (1) year from activation. Age eligibility of Mpioneer insurance is 18-65 years old only. Subject to terms and conditions.  If you do not meet MPioneer's eligibility requirements, the coverage will be forfeited.  

Validity: Consultation is Valid for 30 days upon purchase. Insurance coverage is valid for 1 year from date of activation.* 

If you select "Buy for Myself", you'll get one (1) Consult credit and  (1) free MPioneer Personal accident Insurance automatically registered under your name. Mpioneer personal accident insurance coverage cannot be transferred. If you purchased multiple healthsavers 399, you can have multiple consultation credits but only one MPioneer insurance plan will be activated  subject to Mpioneer terms and conditions. 

If you select "Buy as a Gift", you will be gifting the Consult credit and MPioneer Plan insurance coverage to another mWell user ("Receiver"). After making the payment and loading the health pass into your Profile, tap "Send as a Gift." You will then need to provide the details of the Receiver found in the My Health Pass > Account Details form. If the Receiver is an existing mWell user, he/she will immediately receive the health pass in their profile. If the Receiver does not have an mWell account, he/she will receive the health pass once he/she registers using the email address or mobile number that you submitted in the Account Details form.
