Avoid wearing your ring in hot tubs, saunas, ice baths, and cryotherapy tanks, as this may lead to battery damage.

Wear your mWell Ring on your non-dominant hand to reduce contact with various surfaces.

Avoid wearing other rings alongside your mWell Ring.

Consider removing your mWell Ring when handling objects made of metal, ceramics, or stone.

Yes. You can swim or dive with your mWell Ring up to 330 feet (100m).

We don’t recommend using your mWell Ring while scuba diving for over 12 hours.

Make sure to rinse your ring with tap or fresh water after using it in seawater.

Use cold water and gentle soap to wet your finger, then slowly twist the ring to remove it.

In cases of emergency or discomfort, seek immediate medical attention.

Misuse of the device:

• Physical deformities such as, but not limited to, dents, scratches, and breaks.
  
• Physical tampering on the original state of the product such as, but not limited to, burns, waterlogged, etc.
  
• Stuck mWell Ring on a finger or charging dock.
  
• Battery damage due to, including but not limited to, rapid temperature changes.
  

Wrong size and wrong color.

Lost or stolen ring.
